Problem with ZoneAlarm version 3
(Plus and Pro)

VisualZone is compatible with all versions of ZoneAlarm including ZoneAlarm Pro and ZoneAlarm Plus. Unfortunately we have learned about a problem with the new ZoneAlarm version 3. All releases of ZoneAlarm version 3 are affected. The problem can prevent VisualZone from operating correctly.
You have to enable the "Archive log text files every .. days" option!
If you disable this option, ZoneAlarm will not write information about new intrusions to its log file and of course VisualZone will no longer be able to add new intrusions to the attack list.

We have contacted Zone Labs about this issue and they have confirmed this to be a problem in the current versions.

Until Zone Labs corrects the problem, please make sure that the archive option is enabled.
Open the ZoneAlarm window, select "Alerts & Logs" and click on the Advanced button:

NOTE: Depending on the size of your computer monitor, the initial size of the ZoneAlarm window me be a bit too small to display the "Advanced" button. If you don't see the "Advanced" button, click and drag the bottom right corner of the ZoneAlarm window to make it larger until the "Advanced" button comes into view.

Now select the Log Control tab and make sure that the Archive log text files option is enabled.
We recommend that VisualZone users increase this value to maximum (30 days):

Make sure you also enable all logging options as shown below:
